Overview
of Aikido

Aikido Screensavers

This section contains my notes based on my experiences acquired since 1963. My insights to Ki began when I first met Master Koichi Tohei in October 1984. The search to discover our oversights continues with a 'beginner's mind'. All of you are welcomed to join me in this pursuit.

Disclaimer: These notes are strictly my opinions without intended prejudice to anyone.

- Francis H S Chong

To our students for their patience and dedication:

There are so many people
who needs guidance.
But there is only
that limited number of us,
to guide those who come our way.
With this limitation
we must do our best.
To show the Way to them.

Francis H S Chong

Our chief instructor is presently preoccupied with streamlining the instructor portfolios to cope with our expansion programmes. Future CI notes will henceforth be scheduled on an irregular basis until further notice.

After each Article from our CI, there will be a footnote (Green & Italic) by the Webmaster with regards to what is the next coming Article.
