KI DEVELOPMENT
All of us, including children, have to deal with Stress, Tension and Anxiety in our lives. The ability to relax is crucial to accomplishing important tasks. With clarity of thoughts and calmness in action, we can achieve much more than when we are full of tension.

In Singapore (and Worldwide) with increasing emphasis on excellence in education, the children of today are subjected to tremendous pressure to perform well. Their lives are therefore filled with stress, tension and anxiety and the children's ability to manage themselves becomes a great concern to many parents. This unhealthy state of affair highlights the need for parents to search for a way to allow their children to manage the stressful situation better and live a healthier and happier life.

KI development offers an excellent opportunity for both adults and children to develop composure in daily life through a non-strenuous, comprehensive ongoing programme of physical and mental training. It was developed originally out of martial discipline of Aikido by Master Koichi Tohei, Founder of Ki No Kenkyukai HQ based in Japan (The only 10th Dan student of our late O-Sensei).

In Singapore - The ages of our practisioners ranges from 12 to 55 years old. In fact, several of our advanced students are middle-aged people including ladies who have found the programme very suitable and relaxing.

The children syllabus and training programmes are specially designed for kids between 8 to 12 years old.
