I have a medical condition, can I still learn Ki-Aikido?
In fact, Ki-Aikido will help promote good health and well being. It is generally safe to learn Ki-Aikido even under certain medical conditions, it all depends on the degree of "physical handicap". However, please do speak to the Chief Instructor or Assistant Chief Instructor personally for full details.

At what age should one start to embark on Ki-Aikido or restrain from Ki-Aikido?
In general, Aikido is a "Soft" form of Martial Art. Specifically Ki-Aikido is regarded as the "Softest" form in the Aikido World and it is applicable to all sexes and ages. However, Ki No Kenkyukai Singapore has 2 age grouped classes - Children's class (6 to 11 yrs) and Adult's class (Above 12 yrs).

Since KI is intangible, how can a person Train KI?
In fact, KI is tangible but most of us think it is intangible. We usually do not notice/feel/sense KI in our daily life, this is because of the environment we are living in. Usually a person who has training/development in KI will be able to feel or even sense the presence of KI. Basically, to feel KI.... words cannot describe, one has to feel the presence of KI to understand KI further.

How to train someone on KI who has no Life-Force?
In fact, all living things have Life-Force. ONLY non-living things do not have life-force (eg. Stones, Books, etc). Also "former living things" - DEAD, do not have Life-Force.

How much is the training fees?
The monthly training fees have recently (Jul'01) been revised as such that regardless of level, it is now S$50.oo per month but payment cycle varies from each Community Club/Centre.
How long is each training session?

Each training session is around 1hr 15mins to 1hr 30mins, depending on Venue.
Classes are held seperately for each belt/rank levels... this is so because we follow strictly to the training syllabus provided by Headquarters Japan.
